Filbur Manufacturing disclaims and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from patent infringement. Accordingly the buyer assumes all risks what so ever the use of these products. The liabilities of Filbur Manufacturing are limited to the replacement of cartridge and/or grid and do not include any liability for other damage of any kind. This warranty does not include shipping, labor, installation or any other losses or damages.
